Here are a few of our most frequently asked questions below, but should you need any more help please don't hesitate to pop a question into our chat facility or drop us a line at contact@sosouk.co.uk and we will respond to your query as quickly as we can.

How quickly will my items be delivered?

Most orders are despatched within 24-48 hours. We use Royal Mail standard postage, but an option is available for Express shipping should you require it. If you need an order very quickly please do get in touch with us at contact@sosouk.co.uk and we may be able to help. Check out our shipping and delivery policy here.

How do I return an item if I no longer want it?

We hope you will be happy with your order but should you wish to return it please notify us within 7 days by email and return your order to us within 14 days. Details of our returns address can be found here.

Can I exchange a product I have ordered for something else?

If you would like to exchange a product please get in touch by phone or email us at contact@sosouk.co.uk and we can arrange this for you.

Where can I see your products in person?

We are based in a little village called Chipping Warden, just outside Banbury about 10 minutes from Junction 11 of the M40. We welcome visitors - please do get in touch should you wish to pop by.  We also pop-up around the country at various times - see where are headed this year on our page here.

Do you offer International Shipping?

Yes we can ship our products internationally (and do so frequently) but currently this is not available as standard on our website. Should you wish to place an international order please email us a screenshot of your basket with your full address and postcode and we will send you a shipping quote. We pass on international shipping costs to our customer at cost, but please note you will be responsible for any taxes and import duties incurred at destination.

Can I get a discount on my first order?

Yes if you subscribe to our email list you will receive a code for 10% off your first order. Should you not receive your code, please first check your spam folder and then get in touch with us if you still find you haven't received it.

Can I add a message or gift wrapping to my order?

Yes, you can add a note to the order when you checkout, should you wish us to include a handwritten gift card for a recipient. We do not offer gift wrapping as an add-on currently, but if your item is for a gift we will ensure it is wrapped with extra tissue and ribbon.

Are prices included on the invoice/receipt?

No, your order form will be included in the parcel but it doesn't contain any prices.
