This Daisy scalloped holder contains a hand poured, vegan soy wax scented English Pear and Fresia candle handmade in the UK.

This English Pear & Freesia features pear combined with quince which introduces honey sweetness with notes of white freesia and wild climbing rose.

A base of the composition is created of green, fresh and sour nuances of rhubarb along with warm and subtle aromas of patchouli, amber and white musk.

Most orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of receiving your order unless we are experiencing extremely busy times, or it is a weekend, when orders will be posted out on a Monday. Orders are despatched by Royal Mail Tracked 48 (unless you opt for Express Delivery which is shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 24) and DPD next day delivery for heavier parcels. We make every effort to deliver your goods in the shortest time possible. If the item which you order is out of stock, or is going to be delayed in any way, we will contact you via email and offer you the option to cancel should you not wish to wait.

If you would like to 'collect in person', we are located in a little village called Chipping Warden, 15 minutes from Banbury. Just click on the 'Collect from Headquarters' option on delivery and you will not be charged any postage. You can reach us via email at contact@sosouk.co.uk to arrange collection. Should you need an extra speedy delivery please do contact us by email and we may be able to help.

At present we do not ship internationally as standard on our website, but we frequently ship abroad. Should you wish to place an international order with us please email us with a screenshot of your basket and your full address and postcode and we will provide a quote for you. We pass on international shipping at cost price to our customers, but you will be responsible for any import and shipping duties incurred at destination.

UK post & packaging costs are as follows:

£2.95 for Tracked 48 delivery by Royal Mail for orders of £16 and below.

£5.95 for standard delivery (Tracked 48 by Royal Mail) for orders of £16 and above. Delivery within 2-3 working days.

£7.95 for express delivery (Tracked 24 by Royal Mail or DPD for next day delivery depending on the weight). Delivery within 1-2 working days.

Free delivery for orders over £200.

Returns

We hope that you will be happy with your order, however should you wish to return an item for any reason please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by email at contact@sosouk.co.uk. Goods must be sent back within 14 days of receiving them. All items must be returned in showroom condition with any original tags. You are responsible for the arrangement and cost of return shipping and delivery with the exception of damaged items. We strongly advise using a tracked postage service with insurance as we cannot offer refunds for any items that fail to reach us. We reserve the right to return any of the merchandise that does not meet So Souk return requirements. All products purchased on sale or seconds items are non returnable.

We will process a refund to your original payment method as soon as we receive your parcel. Please note that this can take up to 5-7 working days to reach your account.
